Lifetime vCard (operated at lifetime-vcard.com) is owned and operated by QRTRAC LLC. This policy explains how QRTRAC LLC handles personal data when you use our website, join our waitlist, or use our digital card service.

We collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, plan preference and messages. When you use a card, we collect the profile information you choose to publish and basic usage analytics such as views, scans and link clicks.
3. How we use data
We use your data to provide the service, send the invites and updates you request, respond to messages and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data or the contacts you collect.
4. Legal basis & GDPR compliance
QRTRAC LLC processes personal data under the GDPR on these legal bases: to perform our contract with you, with your consent for marketing communications, and under our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service.
5. Retention
We keep waitlist data until launch plus 24 months or until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
